Finance Option

• Rent to own agreement

Minimum Renewable Energy Requirements

• Minimum finance value R 40 000.00 ex VAT
• Minimum term 36 months / Maximum term 60 months
• Line-item solar quotation to be provided
• Client must be the homeowner where the solar is being installed. If the clients spouse

owns the property, the spouse must sign an application form

• If property is bonded jointly both individuals are to provide applications

Minimum Application Requirements:

• A fully completed signed Consumer credit application
• 3 months’ bank statements (6 if a commission earner)
• 3 months’ pay slips (6 if a commission earner)
• Copy of ID
• Proof of address, in client name and not older than 3 months of application date o If the client is self-employed, additional information will be required

Pre-filters and excludes as follow:

• No applications under debt review will be considered
• No applications under Administration or Sequestration will be considered
• No customers under the age of 25 or over the age of 65 will be considered
• Minimum Gross Salary of R40 000
